In this interactive training, participants will explore the difference between praise and positive, descriptive feedback and learn how intentional encouragement strengthens children’s social-emotional development and behavior. Educators will learn effective reinforcement strategies, reflect on their own communication patterns, and develop a plan to increase positive, responsive interactions throughout the day.
