Dr. Anna Quinn is the founder of Hope Storm, where she helps individuals and organizations better understand trauma, build resilience, and create healthier, more connected environments.
With more than 15 years of experience and a background in psychology, trauma, and victimology, she combines research with practical, real-world strategies that people can use right away.
Through engaging trainings, workshops, and coaching, Dr. Anna shares approachable, evidence-informed tools that support wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and help people thrive at work and in life.
