Early Childhood Connections is part of a State program to provide free car seats to families on any form of SD State assistance. Car seats can be requested from many program partners in the western counties of SD. For more information about acquiring a car seat from ECC or a program partner, call us at

Parenting Classes
Early Childhood Connections offers a series of parenting classes called Understanding Me Up To Age Three. Series are scheduled on an ongoing basis. Call us at 605-342-6464 for series dates or to get registered.

Child Safety Resource Page
According to the World Health Organization, 90% of child injuries are accidental, with the leading causes including drowning or car crashes. Dangerous situations can also occur in homes, driveways or online.
