CDA Registration and Scholarship Information For registration in the SD ECE Program through Early Childhood Connections… Please complete and submit the following information. You can submit these at the ECC office or send them in digitally to ddieter@earlychildhoodconnections.com  1.      SD CDA Program Registration  2. SDCDA Scholarship Agreement Form  3. SD Pathways to Professional Development - Career Lattice Initial Application (if you have not already done so) Please note: You will need to provide a copy of your high school diploma, current first aid & CPR certification, and documentation of six (6) hours of training for the Pathways application. For more information about the SD Pathways to Professional Development, click here.  For scholarships for CDA Renewal or the CDA Assessment fee: SD CDA Scholarship Application* Requirements for assessment scholarship: Must work in a state registered or licensed program Must be a participant on the Pathways Career Lattice Applicant’s Total Gross Household income must be less that 85% of the State Median Income Guidelines (income guidelines are currently waived until May 2023) The applicant must be enrolled in the SDCDA Training Program or online CDA training through Smart Horizons  *The assessment scholarship will cover the entire cost of the CDA assessment fee if you have completed your training through Early Childhood Connections or Smart Horizons and work in a state licensed/registered program.
